• Training (First Month): 100% onsite (Monday-Friday)
• After Training:
• Tuesday-Thursday: Onsite
• Monday & Friday: Work from Home (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with strong sales and relationship management experience. This role is responsible for engaging customers, qualifying business needs, managing sales referrals, scheduling appointments, maintaining CRM documentation, and supporting the customer's journey through activation. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skill, a stable work history, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls to confirm business needs.
• Qualify leads and route confirmed opportunities to Sales Consultants.
• Manage customer pipeline and referral queue efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and callbacks for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, referral notes, and activity tracking.
• Follow up with customers regarding documentation, contract signing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with underwriting and internal business partners.
• Conduct welcome calls to ensure successful customer activation.
• Track contact attempts and maintain detailed pipeline records.
• Participate in weekly feedback sessions and process improvement initiatives.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in:
• Customer Service
• Contact Center
• Financial Services
• Sales Support
• Client Services
• or related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skill.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Experience with outbound calling and customer follow-up.
• CRM documentation and pipeline management experience.
• Proven stable work history.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Customer Success or Account Management background.
• Loan Processing or Underwriting support experience.
