Supply Chain Intern

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activitiesSupport procurement and purchasing activities, including supplier communication and purchase order trackingHelp analyze production schedules and material availability to support manufacturing operationsCollect, organize, and analyze supply chain data using spreadsheets and the ERP systemMonitor shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveriesParticipate in process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and waste eliminationPrepare reports and presentations related to inventory levels, supplier performance, and operational metricsCollaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to support daily operationsOther duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Familiarity with ERP systemsBasic understanding of inventory management and manufacturing processesExperience working with data analysis or reporting toolsWHAT WE OFFER:Earned Sick & Safe Time (ESST)401k & Roth with Competitive Company Match
