Job Description
Required Education

Required Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator I to support inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting distribution activities, and ensuring materials are available when needed to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials accurately
• Process inventory transactions using the company ERP system
• Prepare and verify customer shipments according to established procedures
• Label, package, and process shipments using freight management systems
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling and documentation
• Support daily warehouse and distribution activities
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational objectives


Work Environment
• Approximately 65%-75% of work is performed in a clean-room environment
• Remaining responsibilities are completed within a warehouse setting
• PPE is required in designated clean-room areas and will be provided
• Safety shoes are required for warehouse-related tasks involving equipment
