The Inventory Coordinator I plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory maintenance and timely delivery of materials to production lines, primarily supporting the electrophysiology department focused on minimally-invasive heart procedures. This position operates mainly within a clean room environment at the Minnetonka site, handling medical device production orders through precise kitting and material transfers using SAP ERP. The role demands strong teamwork, communication skills, and strict adherence to regulated processes and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Kit medical device production orders accurately in a clean room environment
• Perform material movements physically and systematically via SAP ERP
• Execute Goods Receipts and assign materials to production orders in SAP
• Maintain a neat, safe work environment and comply with clean room protocols
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse and production line teams
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely with proper PPE
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to support team goals
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, including working night shifts and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inventory coordination
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with SAP ERP system and kitting processes
• Familiarity with clean room protocols and medical device manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
