Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple assisted living communities across the Des Moines region. You will travel extensively, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive occupancy and revenue growth while aligning with our Pillars of Excellence. You will mentor Executive Directors, review monthly financials, and implement programs to meet NOI targets. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years in senior living leadership with a proven #J-18808-Ljbffr Discovery Senior Living
