Ron Tirapelli Ford, Inc is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team in Shorewood, IL. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines and related components.
- Use computerized diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately.

- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest diesel technology and industry trends.
- Complete service documentation and reports accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
