Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Location: Hudson, Florida Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation & Benefits

• 33.85 – $47.02 per hour
• 4.75/hour night shift differential
• 15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Comprehensive benefits package Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity Assess, monitor, and treat patients in emergency situations Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Respond rapidly to critical and life-threatening conditions Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Required Qualifications Active RN license (Florida or compact state) Minimum 6 months of ER / Emergency Department experience BLS & ACLS (required within 30 days of hire) PALS or ENPC (within 6 months) TNCC (within 1 year) Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of ER experience Trauma or high-acuity hospital experience Prior experience in fast-paced emergency settings Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
