Job Description Shifts Available: Nights or Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED). This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who thrive in emergency care and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient outcomes. Requirements Active RN License (Florida or Compact License) Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN Preferred) Minimum 3 years of recent ER/Acute Care RN experience (within the last year) BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days) Strong critical thinking, assessment, and emergency care skills Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $29.92 – $44.88/hr (based on experience) Night Differential: $4/hr Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10K (Days) / $15K (Nights) Relocation Assistance Available (Case by Case) Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage 401(k) with Company Match Tuition & Certification Assistance Paid Time Off & Additional Employee Benefits ~ES LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
