• Manage daily VAS operations, including staffing, workflow, productivity, and project priorities 
• Coordinate value-added projects such as labeling, repacking, kitting, assembly, displays, special packaging, and other customer-specific services 
• Ensure projects are completed according to customer specifications, quality standards, and required deadlines 
• Plan labor needs and assign employees based on workload and production requirements 
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and overall department efficiency 
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of projects 
• Review job instructions and customer requirements before production begins 
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions when needed 
• Maintain accurate production records, labor information, and project documentation 
• Train employees on processes, quality expectations, safety requirements, and proper work procedures 
• Monitor inventory and materials required for VAS projects 
• Coordinate with vendors and outside service providers when necessary 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and control labor costs 
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements:

 

• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, packaging, VAS, production, or operations management 
• Experience supervising employees in a fast-paced operational environment 
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Experience with labor planning and productivity management 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments 
• Comfortable using warehouse, inventory, or workforce management systems 
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and customer expectations

 

Preferred

• Experience with kitting, labeling, repacking, display assembly, or fulfillment operations 
• Experience managing customer-specific projects 
• Experience with labor tracking and productivity reporting
