We're hiring a shipping and receiving clerk in Eden Prairie to oversee inventory, keep track of shipments, and check the items in inventory for damages or discrepancies. Location: Eden Prairie, MN Wage: $20 - $25/hr. Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the shipping and receiving clerk: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Disability Insurance Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Duties of the shipping and receiving clerk: Account for the location of incoming goods Assure no damaged items are sent or received Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list Collaborate with the marketing department to develop a schedule for assembling and displaying manufacturer marketing pieces on the sales floor Update the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory Package products for return to vendors and fill out any paperwork necessary Requirements of the shipping and receiving clerk: Math skills Able to maintain accurate records Experience operating heavy machinery Lift 50 lbs. or more Good communication, organizational skills, and detail-oriented Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen Apply now!
