Drink Runner

Job Description Position Snapshot: You are the expert on making sure our drinks look amazing and arrive to our Guests in a timely manner. While not running drinks, you keep service stations full stocked, cleaned and ready for use, and provide the necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service. Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun. Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary. Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members. Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures. Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests. Assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager. Make and deliver Non‑Alcoholic drinks to Guests, ensuring all drinks are properly garnished and delivered to designated tables or other sections as needed. Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure drinks are delivered timely and correctly. Assist in clearing away dishes and glassware, refilling beverages, bussing and resetting tables as needed, and restocking supplies for shift change or close. Assist in ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner. Assist with greeting newly seated Guests in a friendly and timely manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation. Work quickly and efficiently, adhering to the “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy. Assist other Team Members as needed or as business dictates. Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately. Assist in party set up and breakdown. Maintain a favourable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency. Communicate effectively with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience. Listen to hear Guests’ orders and needs, and then communicate with Guests verbally and with other Team Members. Dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requirements Work days, nights and/or weekends as required. Work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions. Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time. Walk or stand 100% of the shift. Reach, bend and stoop frequently. Must be able to read and communicate in English. Must be able to effectively communicate with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience. Salary Compensation is from $7.25 to $13.25 per hour.
