About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding financial strategy, supporting capital-raising initiatives, and enhancing financial operations to ensure long-term, scalable growth. Key responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership, developing investor-ready financial models, leading financial due diligence, and providing strategic insight for decision-making. The Interim CFO will also be instrumental in mentoring the finance team, assessing and recommending enhancements to the organizational structure, and serving as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a background as a CFO, Interim CFO, or senior finance executive within a high-growth organization, with a specific requirement for experience in a Series B SaaS company. The role demands a strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, and key financial performance metrics, as well as a proven track record in supporting equity and/or debt financing activities. Extensive experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic finance is essential, along with the ability to build and scale finance processes, controls, and systems. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a must, and experience in the fintech or banking technology industry is highly preferred.
