Job Position: Sales Representative

Location: Phoenixville, PA 19460 (remote)

Pay Rate: $65,000–$80,000 plus commission

Pennsylvania-Based | Remote/Home-Based | Full-Time | Statewide Travel Required

Base salary: $65,000–$80,000, based on experience, plus an uncapped commission plan

SOS Group Inc. is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to generate new business and expand our partnerships with school districts and educational organizations.

This remote position is ideal for an experienced sales professional—or an education-sector professional with strong industry relationships—who is confident prospecting, developing relationships with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into new clients. Experience selling products or services to K–12 schools and school districts is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with school districts and educational organizations.

• Research prospective clients, staffing needs, and key decision-makers.

• Generate leads through calls, email, networking, referrals, conferences, and other outreach.

• Build relationships with superintendents, administrators, HR leaders, procurement professionals, and other decision-makers.

• Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and sales calls.

• Communicate SOS Group’s staffing capabilities and develop solutions tailored to each prospective client.

• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate records of prospecting and sales activity.

• Assist with proposals, RFPs, bids, and other new-business opportunities.

• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to support successful new-client launches.

• Attend conferences, networking functions, and other industry events as needed.

• Meet established prospecting, sales, and new-client acquisition goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.

• Experience selling to K–12 schools or school districts is highly preferred.

• Experience selling staffing, educational services, technology, or other solutions to educational organizations is a plus.

• Existing relationships or familiarity with education-sector decision-makers is strongly valued.

• A demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and close new business.

• Confidence making cold calls and initiating conversations with prospective clients.

• Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• A competitive, self-directed, and goal-oriented approach.

• The ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with an internal team.

• Willingness to travel to client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.

Candidates with substantial experience working for a school district, educational organization, or education-sector vendor may also be considered if they possess strong industry relationships and the drive to succeed in new-business development.

Compensation and Growth

This position offers a base salary of $65,000–$80,000, based on experience, plus an uncapped commission plan. Successful performance can lead to additional responsibility and advancement as SOS Group continues to grow.
