Responsibilities


This candidate must be analyzed business, scientific, and technical problems and convert project


specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into


computer language. .

Job duties


1) Develop digital transformation roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.


2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of digital technologies and


implement innovative solutions that optimize business processes and improve customer experiences.


3) Advise clients on change management strategies, ensuring smooth organizational transitions


during digital transformation initiatives. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the


effectiveness and impact of digital transformation projects.


4) Communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all


levels of the organization, including senior executives.


5) Work seamlessly, alternating between the big picture and granular details, preparing artifacts readily


consumable by the Creative, Content, Engineering, and Quality As-surance teams.


6) MAP As- is & To- Be process and Re-engineer process for business requirement.


7) Design, Develop, align User experience & UAT (User Acceptance test) and conclude testing with

Salary

Education:


Bachelor's in business management or closely related field with 2 to 4 Years' experience in the related
