Produce Associate

Position Summary Join Sam’s Club’s produce team to ensure high‑quality, fresh produce for our members. You will be the front‑line customer service representative, contributing to a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong communication skills and a commitment to member satisfaction. Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to different work scenarios. Passion for and experience with produce. Willingness to complete required trainings and assessments within prescribed time. Responsibilities Maintain a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members. Provide exceptional customer service and answer member questions. Keep the produce area clean, organized, and ready for members. Receive and stock merchandise efficiently. Maintain inventory to prevent out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources. Prepare produce to standard specifications (trim, crisp, package, scale). Follow sanitation guidelines and safety regulations. Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage. Demonstrate ownership of area performance and guide peers.
