Key Responsibilities: Review title commitments with precision and insight. Satisfy all title requirements promptly and accurately. Verify the balance of Closing Disclosures (CDs) and liaise effectively with lenders. Manage and execute real estate closings seamlessly. Deliver prompt, expert responses to client inquiries on title-related matters. Scrutinize signed closing packages for completeness and accuracy. Qualifications: Substantial experience in processing and closing real estate transactions is essential. Exceptional communication abilities, high reliability, keen attention to detail, and self-motivation are paramount. A minimum of 5 years in title processing is required.
