Come be our Sales Warrior! Leafguard - Sales Representative We’re looking for a self‑motivated, driven, detail‑oriented individual who values the customer experience. No prior sales experience required—if you can manage pre‑set warm leads, generate additional leads, and thrive in a commission‑based environment, we want you. We provide three‑week training, weekly direct‑deposit pay, and a culture that promotes from within. Run pre‑set warm leads; no cold calling or door‑to‑door knocking. Self‑generate leads for extra commission. High earning potential: 80,000–120,000 per year in commission on average. Paid three‑week training program to develop sales skills.
