Clinical RN: Patient Advocate & Care Coordinator (Days)

Parkland Health in Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care in the Jail West Tower using the nursing practice model. Day shifts, 6 AM–6 PM with rotation, and a supportive health care team. The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, and evaluate responses, ensuring timely, safe transitions and adherence to the Texas Nursing Practice Act.
