Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure/certification to practice in schools
• Previous experience with pediatric, elementary, or preschool populations preferred

• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to various student needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices in school-based therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress toward goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and recommendations
• Document all services and maintain compliance with school and regulatory standards
