We need an experienced hospitality expert who can work with our general manager on daily operations and take on their responsibilities, such as managing staff and department operations, when they are not available. Compensation:

$48,000 - $56,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Support the general manager in the daily operation of the hotel to ensure that all guest service standards are met
• Analyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operations
• Create the yearly hotel budget in collaboration with the general manager and department heads, and assess and adjust performance throughout the year to stay profitable
• Facilitates management of the hotel's human resources functions, such as HR administration, turnover control, staff motivation, and employee development and retention
• Manage compliance with company or brand established policies and procedures and any local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality management, with a focus on guest service excellence.

• Ability to support and collaborate with the general manager in daily hotel operations.

• Proven track record of analyzing departmental performance and implementing profitability improvements.

• Experience in creating and managing hotel budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

• Ability to facilitate human resources functions, including staff motivation and development.

• Knowledge of compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

• Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team effectively.
