Housekeeper

We are seeking a contracted-1099 motivated and skilled Housekeeper to join our team. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring assigned areas meet established cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and furniture.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while on-site.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and reaching.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

This position is contract-1099 and does not include employee benefits.
