About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, self‑driven Growth Marketing Lead to own and execute our marketing engine from top to bottom. This isn’t a role for someone who needs hand‑holding—it’s for a builder with a proven track record of growing B2B SaaS businesses who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, thinks strategically, and executes with precision. You’ll sit at the intersection of demand generation, content, partnerships, and sales enablement, developing strategies that drive real pipeline and help the sales team close deals faster. What You’ll Do Develop and own B2B marketing strategy across the full funnel—from awareness to conversion Build and optimize lead generation programs that deliver qualified pipeline Create and manage sales enablement materials that empower the sales team Identify and nurture partnership opportunities that expand our reach Manage and optimize our HubSpot instance—workflows, sequences, reporting, and lead scoring Own our WordPress website—updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization Run social media channels with a B2B lens—building audience and generating inbound interest Design and iterate on marketing funnels that convert Bring a design sensibility to campaigns, assets, and web presence What We’re Looking For Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 of those years in a SaaS environment Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing—growth of a software business and conversion of buyers with long sales cycles Background in FinTech, Accounting, Finance, or adjacent industries strongly preferred Hands‑on experience with HubSpot—workflows, reporting, and automation Proficiency in WordPress specifically (not just general CMS experience) Strong understanding of funnel architecture and lead generation mechanics Experience developing or supporting partnership programs Ability to build strategy from scratch and execute it independently Excellent critical thinking—connecting dots others miss and solving problems creatively Fast learning—quickly picking up new tools, markets, and concepts A design eye—recognizing what good looks like even without being a designer Social media fluency with a B2B context—especially LinkedIn Who You Are Self‑driven—act without waiting to be told what to do next Hard‑working, takes ownership, and follows through Strategic thinker who loves getting hands dirty Clear communicator who collaborates well across sales and leadership Capable of working independently without a team to manage Nice to Have Experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) Familiarity with ABM (account‑based marketing) strategies Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) Experience working in a startup or high‑growth environment Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with employer matching Casual dress code—jeans and t‑shirts allowed Complimentary lunch for the team every Friday On‑site gym access Collaborative work environment Equal Opportunity Xendoo is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, veteran status, disability, history of disability or perceived disability.
