Recruitment Consultant - Microsoft D365 F&O

At WorQFlow, the Recruitment Consultant sits at the intersection of business development and technical recruiting. You'll build relationships with decision-makers, turn market intelligence into new client accounts, and own a growing book of business within one of the world's most in-demand talent ecosystems.

You don't need a Microsoft background. We'll teach you the market: the technology, partner landscape, implementation cycles, and where the talent lives.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of agency recruitment experience on a true 360 desk, working with both clients and candidates
• A proven billing record that you can discuss in detail
• Hiring across the country allowing people to own their territory
• A self-starter who excels in a remote environment
• A hard worker with strong character

Experience recruiting for Microsoft D365 F&O, or on any technical 360 desk, will be prioritized, but it is not required. What matters is that you've managed a full 360 desk and billed consistently.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Market Intelligence

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities tied to active Microsoft D365 projects
• Build relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers at target organizations
• Translate market intelligence into new account openings and expanded opportunities within existing clients
• Partner with Account Executives on introductions, handoffs, and cross-functional opportunities across ERP, CRM, Cloud, Data, AI, and Security

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Own the complete recruitment process, from intake through placement and post-placement follow-up
• Clarify scope, technical requirements, success criteria, and team dynamics during client intake
• Build and maintain a trusted network of Microsoft professionals, contractors, and delivery partners
• Manage pipelines with precision across submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Move quickly without sacrificing quality or the candidate experience

Client & Candidate Success

• Support successful post-placement outcomes for both clients and candidates
• Own and grow long-term relationships with clients and executive stakeholders
• Maintain complete, up-to-date CRM records for every job, candidate, and account
• Surface account intelligence to identify adjacent opportunities and expand WorQFlow's footprint

Compensation

$75,000–$110,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission, bonus, and profit sharing
