Quality Life Services - Markleysburg is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to add to our clinical team in Markleysburg, PA! As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for managing the nursing department of the nursing home.

Requirements

• Valid and active RN license
• Leadership experience and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
• History of implementing nursing policies and procedures
• Experience in skilled care and/or patient care facilities preferred
• Encompass a "patient care first" belief and puts those beliefs into practice
• Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
