Our Core Values Work Hard & Have Fun Doing It Own It Faith Families First Growth-Driven Mindset Role Description We are looking to hire full-time Mitigation Technicians who exceed customer expectations while assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man‑made and natural disasters. You will be tasked with creating a superior customer experience. Mitigation Technicians accomplish this by a commitment to be part of an emergency response team, physical strength and stamina, and proficiency with using hand and power tools. Responsibilities Interact with customers in disaster response activities. Repair and restore the structure. Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials. Work with direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient. Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, and follow up as required to assure excellent customer service. Requirements Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets, and equipment. Valid unrestricted driver’s license. Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software. Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays. Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required.
