Housekeeper

Position Summary:Primary responsibilities include acting as an internal ambassador between the residents of the assigned property(ies) and management while providing basic light maintenance functions for the property. In addition, the porter/ groundskeeper is charged with providing exceptional service for all residents, future residents and internal team members while maintaining the grounds and property.Essential Functions:Greeting all residents, future residents and internal team members in a professional mannerKeeping a high level of service in mind with every taskAssessing and troubleshooting problemsPainting/CleaningPerforming light home maintenance tasksPerforming pressure washingPerforming basic janitorial tasksPerforming basic landscaping tasksRespecting the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safetyRecording accurate data on work ordersCompleting work in a timely, cost-effective, accurate mannerCleans grounds and removes litter.Spreads salt on public passage ways to prevent ice buildup.Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash (including breakdown of all furniture and mattresses by or near the vicinity of garbage cansResponsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
