We’re hiring experienced outbound call center professionals who enjoy connecting with customers and setting quality appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Call homeowners interested in home-improvement services
• Schedule qualified appointments
• Meet established quality and performance goals
• Work a fixed schedule within our available business hours

What We’re Looking For

• Previous outbound call center experience; appointment-setting experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Dependable attendance and a professional phone presence
• Georgia residency required
• Friday and Sunday availability required

Pay and Benefits

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour , based on experience
• Pay increase after 30 days
• PTO after 90 days for eligible full-time and part-time employees
• Paid online training

Technical Requirements

• Windows 11 computer with at least 8GB RAM and a 2.10 GHz processor
• High-speed wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not permitted
• Webcam for training and meetings
