Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate and optimize client care.

• Educate and support clients’ families, facilitating engagement in the recovery process through family therapy sessions and psychoeducation.

• Ensure accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance.
