Somos una tienda minorista de suministros para restaurantes. Hemos estado en el negocio desde 1992. La empresa es de propiedad y operación familiar, actualmente tenemos 15 personas increíbles y estamos buscando más para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Responsabilidades:
- Dar la bienvenida e identificar las necesidades del cliente.
- Verifique al cliente con precisión en nuestro mostrador
- Garantizar la precisión en el registro de apertura y cierre.
- Explicar los productos y servicios a los clientes.
- Supervise el inventario para asegurarse de que el producto esté en stock
- Ingresar y procesar pedidos de clientes.
- Investigar y resolver las quejas de los clientes.
PREFIERO FUERTEMENTE:
- Bilingüe en español, chino y/o coreano
- Experiencia de servicio al cliente
