LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF

Job Description Job Summary: Provide clinical support and supervision for nursing activities within a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities: Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise and assist nursing staff during shifts. Administer and document patient care in accordance with facility protocols. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and report any issues to the director of nursing. Uphold patient safety and infection control procedures. Qualifications: Hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Colorado. Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting. Demonstrate training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices. Obtain current BLS certification; IV certification preferred. Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
