Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Platform Engineer to support a Revenue Integrity organization. This role focuses on building and scaling systems that ingest data from multiple external vendors, validate data quality, and execute complex business rules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of revenue-impacting workflows.


The ideal candidate has deep enterprise engineering experience, enjoys working on data-intensive systems, and is comfortable owning solutions end-to-end in complex, fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable systems that ingest, normalize, and validate data from multiple internal and external vendor sources.
• Develop platforms and services to apply business rules, validation logic, and reconciliation workflows to revenue-critical data.
• Partner closely with Revenue Integrity, Quality Engineering, and downstream consumer teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Build and maintain testable, observable, and resilient systems that support high data accuracy and operational reliability.
• Improve engineering workflows at scale, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, environment provisioning, and release processes.
• Contribute to system builds, tooling, and automation that improve developer productivity and system quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and distributed services.
• Advocate for and apply modern engineering practices, including automation-first approaches and AI-assisted coding tools. (Copilot, Cloude etc)

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in enterprise or platform-focused environments.
• Strong hands-on experience building data-driven systems, platforms, or internal tools that support validation, reconciliation, or business rule execution.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with a strong emphasis on production-grade code quality and maintainability.(Python Preferred)
• Solid experience working in AWS, including designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native services.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling; experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar data processing / analytics platforms.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation for testing and deployment.
• Ability to navigate and contribute effectively within complex, distributed, enterprise environments.

Preferred / Relevant Backgrounds


Experience in any of the following is considered a strong plus:

• Revenue Integrity, billing, payments, or other revenue-impacting systems
• Data quality, validation, reconciliation, or audit-style workflows (even if not formally "compliance")
• Platforms that aggregate or normalize data from multiple vendors or external partners
• Test engineering or quality engineering platforms (as consumers or partners, not necessarily owners)
