Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CPA or CPA Candidate to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals pursuing CPA licensure or established CPAs looking to grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and general ledger accounts.

• Conduct tax research and stay current with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Assist clients with accounting and tax-related inquiries.

• Review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Collaborate with team members on accounting projects and administrative tasks.

• Provide exceptional client service and maintain professional relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.

• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification.

• Experience in public accounting, tax preparation, or a related accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA License.

• Experience preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.

• Experience working directly with clients in a professional services environment.
