Vascular Surgery locums coverage in Illinois with a true mix of clinic, inpatient consults, and Level 1 trauma support, plus APP coverage for both clinic and rounding.

Highlights

• Immediate start; temp privileges offered
• 10 shifts per month, scheduled sporadically across the month
• Level 1 trauma exposure with inpatient and outpatient vascular cases

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient consults, rounding, and outpatient clinic
• Adult vascular surgery patient population
• Typical daily volume, 5 to 10 patients per day
• Outpatient procedural volume, about 6 cases

Schedule

• Weekday clinic coverage, Monday through Friday
• Night call coverage, not every night
• Some 24 hour weekend call coverage
• Pager call with a 30 minute response time

Cases and Procedures

• Open vascular procedures
• Endovascular procedures

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Vascular Surgery
• Active Illinois medical license required
