Bilingual Account Representative Spanish/English

Dan Heiman State Farm Agency is looking for a Spanish/English Bilingual Account Representative to help customers with their insurance needs, provide outstanding service, and identify opportunities for additional coverage.

This is a customer service and sales position for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and communicating confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Previous insurance experience is not required; candidates who are motivated to learn and can obtain the required North Carolina insurance license are encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights

Full-time or part-time opportunities
In-office position in Fayetteville, NC
Hourly base pay plus commission
Starting compensation based on experience
Higher starting pay may be available for experienced insurance professionals
Vacation and PTO available after 90 days
Opportunity to develop insurance knowledge and sales skills

What You'll Do

Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with questions about their insurance policies
Help customers with policy updates, account changes, and service requests
Explain insurance options and help customers understand their coverage needs
Prepare quotes and follow up with customers and prospective customers
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and coverage
Build lasting customer relationships through helpful, professional communication
Support the agency's sales and service goals while delivering a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For Required

Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
Willingness and ability to obtain the required North Carolina insurance license
Interest in both customer service and sales

Helpful

Previous insurance agency or financial services experience
Experience in customer service, account management, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role
Familiarity with Auto, Home, Renters, or other personal insurance products
An active North Carolina Property & Casualty license
