About the Role: 

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Tinley Park and Roselle, IL operations. The successful candidate may work out of either location but will be responsible for managing both, traveling between the two sites as needed to support daily operations. In this role, you will lead and support daily warehouse activity, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently, while supervising, coaching, and developing a team of five warehouse associates. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is dependable, safety-focused, and a proactive problem solver, and who communicates well with team members and helps provide excellent service to our customers.

The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 per year. Please note that the compensation range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of warehouse, distribution, leadership, and management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required; CDL not required.
• Valid DOT Medical Certification Card, or ability to obtain one upon hire (company will arrange the required DOT physical appointment).
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and 70 pounds assisted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 3-4 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 3-4 years of management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• RF barcoding experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at both the Tinley Park and Roselle locations, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a positive team environment.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to establish goals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support business growth.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse operation at both facilities.
• Assist with resource planning, equipment needs, and facility improvements to support operational success.
• Manage facility repair and maintenance requests from initiation through completion.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for facility assets and equipment.
• Travel between the Tinley Park and Roselle locations as needed and attend customer meetings as required.
