Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients experiencing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments, developing personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and objectives.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to coordinate comprehensive care approaches for each client.

• Establish and maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records using advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Engage in clinical supervision and continued education initiatives to stay abreast of best practices in mental health counseling and ensure licensure compliance.

• Be prepared to provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to effectively address immediate client needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
