Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in addressing and overcoming their mental health challenges.

• Closely monitoring clients' progress in treatment plans and making necessary adjustments to interventions based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to develop comprehensive intervention plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Following up with medical professionals concerning clients who are hospitalized, ensuring continuity of care and seamless transitions between different levels of support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• Proven experience working as a mental health counselor or in a related role, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills.

• Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and their effects, enabling comprehensive client support.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
