Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Monitor patient progress diligently and document changes accurately in accordance with clinic protocols, contributing to both clinical outcomes and operational metrics.
• Educate patients and their families about appropriate exercise techniques, home exercise programs, and strategies to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional healthcare team, participating in case discussions to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A current and active Physical Therapist Assistant state license.
