The Futures Program is a full-time, two-year rotational development program for high potential individuals starting their professional careers and interested in Marketing . Within the Futures Program, this role is aligned to Marketing and is designed for individuals interested in strategic marketing, client engagement, digital marketing, and distribution intelligence. Associates build experience through project-based and analytical assignments while gaining exposure to different teams and business perspectives. Development is supported through on-the-job experience, training, networking opportunities, and mentorship from a Franklin Templeton leader, helping associates build a strong foundation in investment management and related business functions.

How it Works:

• The program consists of four six-month rotations designed to build professional skills through meaningful contributions to team goals.

• The first rotation provides foundational exposure to Franklin Templeton’s products and clients.

• Associates build a broader understanding of the firm before moving into rotations more closely aligned to their strategic focus area.

The Futures Associate will join our Boston, MA office in Fall of 2027.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree by June 2027 in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

• Internship or relevant experience in Marketing
