Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Establish and manage the marketing department, shaping its structure and overseeing day-to-day operations. Create and coordinate promotional campaigns and PR initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer experiences and meet market demands. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CMO or similar role in a B2B setting. Deep understanding of marketing principles, with a blend of creative and analytical abilities. Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive initiatives forward. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
