General Laborer - 19.50/hr to 21.50/hr HIRING ASAP!!!!!!!

Responsibilities

• Operate and support a closed-loop recycling system that processes post-production polycarbonate and PVC scrap into new thermoplastic products.
• Assist with multiple functions on the production line, including palletizing finished plastic sheets and materials.
• Perform quality inspections on plastic sheets to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
• Work as part of a team running an individual production line, contributing to smooth and efficient line operations.
• Handle material replenishment, unloading, and loading activities to keep the line supplied and operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in and around the production line.
• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience working on a production line or in general labor roles.
• Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment.

Pay and Shift

• $19.50 – $21.50 per hour
• 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule
  • 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on
  • Built‑in overtime and consistent days off

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
