But a large portion of training compute is wasted training on data that are already learned, irrelevant, or even harmful, leading to worse models that cost more to train and deploy.At DatologyAI, we’ve built a state of the art data curation suite to automatically curate and optimize petabytes of data to create the best possible training data for your models. Training on curated data can dramatically reduce training time and cost (7-40x faster training depending on the use case), dramatically increase model performance as if you had trained on >10x more raw data without increasing the cost of training, and allow smaller models with fewer than half the parameters to outperform larger models despite using far less compute at inference time, substantially reducing the cost of deployment. We are in office 4 days a week.The RoleWe are looking for a versatile Designer who will own visual communication across DatologyAI. Marketing design is the primary home for this role, but we are a small team, and the right person will bring a flexible mindset, ready to jump into product, brand, or whatever the company needs most at any given time.This is a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment. You will work directly with leadership and have a real say in how DatologyAI looks and feels externally. If you are energized by building from the ground up and like wearing multiple hats, this role is for you.What You Will DoMarketing & Brand Design (Primary)Design marketing assets including social content, one-pagers, decks, email campaigns, and event materialsCreate branded swag and physical assets (stickers, merch, conference collateral)Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as the company growsPartner with GTM and leadership to produce compelling, on-brand visual contentComfortable writing clear, on-brand copy, from headlines and social captions to one-pager narratives and product microcopyProduct Design (Secondary)Contribute to product UI and UX as capacity and roadmap allowDesign reusable components that scale across our digital interfacesSupport the team with interaction design, wireframes, or visual polish when neededCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure design consistency across touchpointsWhat We Are Looking For3 - 6 years of design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning marketing and brand workProficiency in Figma; comfortable across the Adobe suite or equivalent toolsGenuine range: you can design a compelling one-pager and a product screen with equal confidenceStrong illustration and animation skills, with an eye for how motion and interaction bring a brand to lifeStrong visual instincts and attention to detail, with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing qualitySelf-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you do not need a fully defined brief to do great workExperience at an early-stage startup is a plus, as is familiarity with technical or B2B productsNice to HaveMotion design or video editing experienceBackground in developer tools, AI, or data infrastructureExperience building or maintaining a design systemCompensationAt DatologyAI, we are dedicated to rewarding talent with competitive salary and meaningful equity.
