And right now, we need a seasoned Family Law Paralegal who can step in, take ownership, and help us scale.

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: $47,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus tied to productivity + profitability

What You’ll Own

You will work directly with attorneys and leadership, managing real cases—not just tasks.

• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery (independently)
• Manage active caseloads (contested + uncontested matters)
• Organize and maintain case files with precision
• Communicate confidently with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Support trial prep and hearing logistics
• Appear at trial to assist attorneys
• Track billable time accurately and consistently
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Manage court calendar and client appointments

What You Bring

• 4+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience (required)
• Ability to draft and file independently
• Exceptional organization + time management
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
• Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management tools
• Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal oversight
• Strong desire to help those in need
• A paralegal certificate (preferred but not required)

Strong Experience In:

• Divorce (contested + uncontested)
• Custody/visitation
• Adoption

Experience Using:

• Clio ( preferred but not required )
• Google Workspace ( preferred but not required )
