Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,624–$2,730 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Start date: 09/14/2026 Facility/work setting: Critical Access Hospital in Willits, CA Responsibilities Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs to restore and improve physical function and, where appropriate, address social and mental function goals Co-lead interdisciplinary patient groups and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes Perform comprehensive evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapy interventions Develop and communicate discharge plans; document clinical progress and outcomes within established timelines Supervise assigned therapy assistants, ensuring safe and effective service delivery Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure in the state of practice required If licensure was obtained on or after January 2016, DPT or foreign equivalent required Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Current physical therapy license in the state of practice required Prior EPIC experience is a bonus Ability to work in a hospital-based, interdisciplinary setting with a focus on patient-centered care Pay and eligibility Pay is listed as per week: $2,624–$2,730 Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks This assignment is travel-based and temporary Benefits and Support Assignment-focused support throughout the placement Credentialing and licensing guidance to facilitate onboarding Access to recruitment and scheduling coordination Ongoing point of contact from a dedicated travel support team Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
