Senior Analyst - Business Banking

Supporting the optimization of marketing funnels for Business Line of Credit and Business Banking, the full-time Senior Analyst - Business Banking will analyze customer behavior, manage cross-team backlogs, and drive growth initiatives while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Execute a test-and-learn roadmap, including A/B tests and journey enhancements in collaboration with Product, Tech, and Analytics teams Manage centralized backlogs and roadmaps, track deliverables, and ensure key milestones are met for PMO activities Analyze key performance metrics to provide insights on customer engagement and conversion rates Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or related fields Strong interest in digital customer journeys and conversion optimization Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights Strong organizational and project management skills Self-motivated and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
