– Greet and room patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience – Schedule appointments and answer patient inquiries via phone – Take patient vitals and perform clinical procedures such as drawing blood and administering vaccines – Provide clinical support in various areas as needed – Maintain a collaborative relationship with staff to ensure smooth clinic operations – Support onsite dispensing, occupational health, and workers' compensation services when required

– Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship – Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required – Electronic Medical Record (EMR) skills essential – Attention to detail with strong communication abilities – Effective computer skills and proficiency in clinical tasks – Ability to foster collaborative working relationships with healthcare team members

– Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred – Onsite dispensing and occupational health services experience a plus – Knowledge of Workers' Compensation processes – Ability to work a schedule that includes shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM during specified open days from September through November – Preferred candidates may have experience with Women's Health services – DOT certification is required – This position is based in a clinical setting in the region with a team comprising two providers, two MAs, and one behavioral health provider
