Senior People Operations Specialist

Role Senior People Operations Specialist supporting employee lifecycle activities in the U.S. and Canada within a biopharma company focused on oncology and RAS-inhibitor development. Responsibilities manage day-to-day HR transactions in Workday, support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, data integrity, audit and reporting functions, and assist with benefits administration; contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in HR operations, experience with Workday, strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy. Preferred experience in high-growth or multi-geo organizations, supporting Canadian HR processes, familiarity with HR tech like ADP or ServiceNow, and leveraging automation or AI tools. HighValue experience in employee lifecycle management in biotech or pharma, especially within fast-paced, scaling environments; knowledge of US/Canadian HR practices; support for HRIS, benefits, and operational projects; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
