Senior Accountant (Sherman Oaks, CA)

What You’ll Do: Process general ledger entries (receipts, journals) and perform financial analysis Manage payroll (review and analyze timesheets pre‑payroll) Process rent checks using Yardi CHECKscan Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with budget preparation Handle intercompany billing and reimbursements Prepare detailed financial reports for management Support special projects for the Controller and Director of Property Management What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in accounting 3+ years of accounting experience in property management or real estate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Yardi Voyager experience a plus Construction accounting knowledge is highly desirable Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings Excellent credit history is required What We Offer: Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (based on experience) Annual performance reviews with growth opportunities Health insurance with optional dental and vision coverage Paid vacation and sick leave Hands‑on training in Yardi and property accounting A collaborative team in a firm with a rich legacy Department: Accounting This is a full time position #J-18808-Ljbffr Carlo Inc.
