Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and risk assessments to determine client needs effectively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Deliver trauma-informed care using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring evidence-based practice.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to support clients experiencing acute distress, applying strong crisis management skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate integrated care and improve patient outcomes.

• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to align with developments in their mental health journey.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, coping strategies, and available resources to enhance their support systems.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by performance-based incentives.
