Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy during client sessions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as therapy for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and updated clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while using electronic health record (EHR) software effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Florida.
